Finally I can grill

With the rain and the weekend trip to Toronto there has not been a whole lot of grillin time. So today knowing I go back to work tomorrow, made sure I had something to grill out on the bbq.

It was not anything fancy but it tasted good none the less.

We had some pork souvlaki and some corn on the cob.

A good dinner was had by all.

No grilling to report, it has been raining every day since we picked up the BBQ. I did go out and buy a slick cover for it. We had some garbage bags over it but now the look is complete with a real BBQ cover.

Off to Toronto for the weekend but the days of grilling are just ahead.

Day 1: The delivery

Today we had our BBQ delivered to us and it is now set up. We cooked our first meal on it tonight. It was pretty simple but delicious none the less. We made use of both sides of the grill and the really cool side grill.

The meal:

hot dogs and chili.
