On Thursday I fired up the grill for a tasty recipe I found on the net. Check it out.

Jalapeno Hamburgers

"Spicy and tasty hamburgers for the adventurous side in you."
Original recipe yield: 6 hamburgers.
Prep Time:
15 Minutes
Cook Time:
10 Minutes
Ready In:
25 Minutes
Servings:6

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound lean ground beef
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon cilantro
4 tablespoons Cajun
seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl combine ground beef, jalapenos, garlic, tomato paste and cilantro. Form mixture into 6 patties.
Generously sprinkle both sides of patties with desired amount of Cajun seasoning
Grill 4 to 5 minutes each side.

Here are some shots of these tasty burgs.

I also made some homemade sweet potato fries (slowy becoming a household staple), here is the recipe for those.

peel up some sweet potatos
cut them up into fries, the slimmer the better
throw 2 tbsp of olive oil in a bowl
add salt and pepper and any seasoning of choice
put on tray
throw them in a preheated oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes
flipping them about half way through.
